    Normally pretty good... however tonight April 27/12 my husband and son went into the store on stone Rd in Guelph and ordered a pizza with vegetarian toppings and arriving home we opened the box to discover not pineapple but pepperoni on half of the pizza. we have all been vegetarian for 4 yrs and thus half of the pizza was inedible. I tried calling Gino's and was informed that because we ordered the pizza at the store that there was nothing they could do about it. When I asked for the telephone number of the store I was told it was UNLISTED!!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS (and customer service) IS THIS???? we are NOT HAPPY in Guelph ffrom Brenda at brenda.doug1@gmail.com
